Please contact our Customer Service team if you have an issue with an order that you wish to return. If we are at fault of the reason to return the item, we will do so at out cost, however if you are cancelling your order, and wish to have it refunded for whatever reason, you will be liable for the cost of return.
Please do not refuse the item from the Courier, and send it back as this incurs a charge which can/will be deducted from your refund.
We do advise to take out insurance when returning items to us, as we cannot accept damaged, faulty or opened items, the same terms that we offer to our customers upon them receiving orders from us.
Once items have been returned and checked at our Warehouse, We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed via the same method you used when making your purchase.
